Inquiries from this form will remain as an "inquiry" until the following criterion are met:
  1. We confirm our availability for your events date, time and location.
  2. We confirm all details of your event in writing for contractual needs.
  3. We receive a retainer which states your desire to confirm us on the event.
  4. At that time you're event is confirmed on the artists personal calendar.
